Fun little plane

"OK I am a little bias about the F-16 but this little plane is really fun to fly no matter how you slice it. Is it a 1st beginner plane? No. It is much too fast and too small for someone who has zero flying time (for a 1st time flyer I recommend the Ranger 600 Stunt). However, for someone who can comfortably fly one of the 400mm warbirds in beginner mode this could be your next plane. The F-16 is flyable in expert mode as it does have wind mitigation (thank you Volantex). The gyros are rock solid on this plane. I do fly-bys 2 feet off the ground with ease. In beginner mode it may look like the control surfaces don't actively upright the plane but it does when actually flying- apparently it is how this plane's gyros are programmed. Rolls in expert mode look scale. You will need to fly at about 50% throttle just to keep the plane up and 70%+ in expert mode to do some stunts. You will need about x3 altitude vs a 400mm warbird to recover from a dive when switching from expert mode to beginner mode. I set my timer for a 8 minute flight but can probably fly for about 10 mins with moderate turning and burning. The stock transmitter is OK but it does fly significantly better with a multiprotocol transmitter. Pros: EPP foam, recessed panel lines details on the top, nice looking decals, inexpensive common batteries, have wind mitigation in expert mode, flyable in expert mode, battery life 8+ minutes flight per battery while flying like Maverick. Cons: small fast flyer = hard to see, bottom camouflage is incorrect (should be light grey) - this makes orientation difficult after manual expert roll as the top and bottom of the plane is the same color, canopy and wing missile rails do not look scale, does not have the two lower stabilizers by the engine like on a real F-16, no rudder Overall is it perfect? No. Is it fun? Oh definitely YES!"

Taken an Absolut Beating, Still Going Strong

"I decided recently to get into RC Airplanes to get outside with the pups some more, but quickly realized it is a very intimidating hobby to try to get into with the high speeds and distances at play, and using simulators can only take you so far. This plane was recommended by a good youtube channel, so i thought it would be a good starter for myself. This little plane has been through it. It must be 50% glue at this point, the clip for the battery hatch has snapped off and on top of all this, I ripped the left rear control surface off (see in pics, accident.). I just came back inside from flying it, DESPITE all of this damage. This plane deserves more than the 3.5 stars it has, I feel people might be purchasing for their kids and it might be too much distance and speed to handle. In all honesty I lost my 1st mini f16 bc I simply didn't know what I was doing, and Im 30."

Fun plane for all ages

"My kids have enjoyed this little plane. We make sure to use it over a grass and we also find a very large open field. It is very lightweight and fragile so the grass and large field helps. Water bottle for size reference."

Great beginner plane

"Perfect trainer rc plane comes with 3 batteries that last about 10 minutes each and 3 propellers comes with landing gear but i dont recommend using them they fall off alot i recommend just doing hand take offs and belly landings in the grass very durable easy to fly"
