Battery won’t charge. The Provided USB-LI charger red light is flashing but instructions state it should be solid red when charging. What’s up?

Truck won’t go forward or back. Battery charged. Wheels turn. Radio keeps beeping twice. Cannot turn wheels by hand. Have had truck for less than one month. Please help.
Reset the esc I had to do that with mine as well the resync the remote to the esc
